Spending time learning each year about something great about our people is so rewarding. Giving our children something to proud of. I think we should keep in mind that our Black women have left so much for us to smile about and being part of the American experience from our African ancestry to our inventions and contributions to making sure America is leaving a footprint on this beautiful planet.
