I discuss the importance of making changes and realizing that you are responsible for your own happiness. Its important to recognize your weakness, whether you are an enabler and how to you overcome this.

I listen to Les Brown every morning and it has really helped me change my mindset. I understand that this doesn't happen overnight. But I have noticed that there have been many opportunities that were not present that have allowed me to take action on some situation positively.
Understanding me and my reactions to different situations is slowly changing but it does come with time. Self-reflection and care is a must. You have to recognize your strong points and your weak points. Using tools such as weekly planners, journals and adding a vision board can definitely help on this just. In the podcast I also mention my book Law of Attraction Planner by Fredrick Talloen I have not used it yet. But I will soon. I will be discussing more books in the future.
